Every time a newly engaged couple starts to plan for their wedding, these questions are always asked:

“How many guests are we inviting?”

  1. Yes. Suppliers must be fed too. Unless the contract indicates that there is an additional cost/meal allowance is already included in the package. Doesn’t have to be too expensive but a decent rice meal would do. And don’t forget water ?

  4. I think it is a matter that needs to be discussed per supplier. Some suppliers will have food prepared for their staff, or give baon, while others eat on their own. In a wedding, depending on the venue, eating outside may not always be possible.
